Normally, in the market report I’d inlcude a detailed in the moment analysis of what was going on in Dover–especially in line with whatever specific type of house you were looking to purchase. But because you’re not ready to purchase, I’ve instead included a Realtors’ Property Resource market update. Page 9 is the lease activity for the past 3 months, but also probably the least accurate information, as the report only pulls from the official MLS and the majority of rental units are not listed in the MLS.
You can click on the little popout arrow in the right hand corner to put the report in a separate tab, and from there you can download and print. The report is supposed to update every 48 hours. So it’s defintely not the most up to date information. Another great way to keep an eye on the market is to subscribe to my substack newsletter.
